The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester at Baldwin Wallace University according to BW Provost Stephen D. Stahl. Any full-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for 12 or more graded hours or part-time student who achieves a GPA of at least 3.6 for six or more graded hours in the fall or spring semester will be placed on the Dean's List.

Slippery Rock University has announced its dean's list for the spring 2019 semester. The dean's list consists of SRU undergraduate students who earned an adjusted semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, based on a schedule of at least 12 newly attempted and earned credits.

Angelo State University conferred 820 undergraduate and graduate degrees on 814 graduates during its 2019 spring commencement exercises on May 11 in the ASU Junell Center/Stephens Arena in San Angelo, Texas. Ohio Dominican University has named more than 250 students to its Spring Semester 2019 Dean's List. In order to make the Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must have achieved a 3.5 GPA or better after taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.

Ohio Dominican University officially welcomed more than 230 graduates into its alumni family during the University's 111th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Graduates were joined by hundreds of family and friends in Alumni Hall. Sr. Margaret Ormond, OP, president of the Dominican Academy and former prioress of the Dominican Sisters of Peace, ODU's founding congregation, delivered the keynote address.

This spring, the BW theatre and dance community presented "fyoo zh en," the annual dance concert combining choreography with faculty research. This year's concert was inspired by sociology and criminal justice professor Dr. Brian Monahan's book, "The Shock of the News: Media Coverage and the Making of 9/11," which examines how America's news media influences our perception of social reality.
